RPI - Our Financial Broker

 

Robyn and Padraic of RPI provided us with first class customer service.  As we lived in QLD we were a little unsure on how we would arrange finance for our first home loan as RPI were based in NSW.  We had Robyn and Padraic by our side the whole time, and they were able to answer any questions as they arose.  We communicated regularly by e-mail and telephone and although we never met in person, their customer service, loyalty and professionalism was shown at all times.  When we first approached RPI we had already been declined on our first application through another broker.  This made us feel a little sceptical as we didn't know whether we would be able to get finance or not.  Our first phone call to RPI reassured out hopes and gave us a positive approach to completing our next application.  From this point on everything was made simple.  We moved into our new home on the 22nd December 2005 and you couldn't ask for a better Christmas present. Thank you so much Robyn and Padraic - Without you we wouldn't be where we are today!

Just a note to thank you both so much for doing my finance, and the way that you made it all so easy for me.  I must say that I really doubted that you would be able to obtain finance for me on Rural Land in Queensland. Certainly shows you have a talent for what you are doing. I had been told there was no chance by so many other financiers that I had really given up on the idea.  Consider yourselves both invited for that fun in the sun holiday as soon as I build the "dream house"!!!!

RPI have been great. We didn't expect that arranging home finance would be so simple and straightforward. As first home buyers we really appreciated the friendly service and professional advice.  We particularly liked the complimentary information pack which was full of useful hints and tips for first time home buyers. They are Better than the Rest!!

My boyfriend and I had been trying for quite a while to find a Mortgage Broker that would listen to our needs and find us the best deal possible. This was not accomplished until we met Padraic & Robyn from RPI Services P/L. Once our query was put through on the internet they did not hesitate on providing us with the best support from then on. They came to our house and sat down with us to basically explain what exactly is involved in purchasing a property which is often better than having a conversation with someone over the phone. Any questions we had were answered and explained to us thoroughly. The documentation that was needed was collected straight away to ensure that everything was accounted for before the application was submitted for unconditional approval. We are now about to move into our first home and would not of been able to do this without RPI Services P/L.
